About the Role
We're looking for a Behavior Technician (BT) to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), providing therapy directly in the homes of children with autism.
Responsibilities
- Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
- Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
- Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff
- Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collect therapy session data
- Be available for weekday and weekend assignments
Requirements
- 1 year minimum of ABA experience
- BA in a related field or currently pursuing relevant undergraduate education
