Join our team of dedicated professionals committed to making a positive impact in the lives of children and families. We are seeking an experienced ABA Therapist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to clients in a variety of settings including schools, homes, and community centers.
- Assess and document client progress regularly and communicate findings to parents, teachers, and other team members.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in ABA Therapy.
- A valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certificate.
- A valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Ability to commit to the required hours of 8:45am - 5:15pm Monday - Friday.

Skills
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Experience with data collection and analysis.

Pay
Salary range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5:15pm.
