Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Provide direct therapy services to clients in a variety of settings including schools, homes, and community centers.
• Assess and document client progress regularly and communicate findings to parents, teachers, and other team members.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in ABA Therapy.
• A valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certificate.
• A valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Ability to commit to the required hours of 8:45am - 5:15pm Monday - Friday.

Skills

• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Pay

Salary range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5:15pm.
