About the role
Join our team and help children with autism develop communication, social, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
Responsibilities
- Provide ABA therapy services in-home and in-center settings.
- Develop and implement behavior plans based on individual child needs.
- Document progress and communicate with families and other professionals.
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs.
Requirements
- Own reliable vehicle.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Active car insurance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Bonuses
- +$10/hr for weekend sessions (Saturdays).
- +$5/hr for Monday–Friday sessions starting at 6:00 PM or later.
Pay
- $21/hour during training (2 weeks).
- $25–$28/hour after training.
Schedule
Part-Time (3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.).
Setting
Hybrid – In-Home & In-Center.
