About the Role
Join our team as a Behavior Technician (BT) and help children with autism develop communication, social, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. We provide full training, ongoing mentorship, and real opportunities for professional growth in a hybrid setting (in-home and in-center).
Schedule
Part-Time: 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Pay
- $21/hour during training
- $25–$28/hour after training
- Bonus: +$10.00 per billable hour for weekend sessions (Saturday & Sunday)
- Bonus: +$5.00 per billable hour for Monday through Friday sessions starting at 6:00 PM or later

Requirements
