Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications
- Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
- Ability to collect and analyze data
- Strong observational and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

About the Role
We are looking for passionate individuals who can make a difference in the lives of children and families affected by Autism. As an ABA Behavior Technician, you will provide one-on-one support in the home setting, implementing individualized behavior plans and fostering positive change.
