Behavior Technician (60 College Credits Required)

About the role

Join Coyne & Associates as a Behavior Technician, working 1:1 with children ages 1‑12 who have developmental delays or autism in their homes. You will implement lesson plans, track progress, celebrate wins, and coach caregivers to embed ABA strategies into everyday routines.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in clients’ homes.
• Implement individualized lesson plans and track child progress.
• Document session data and celebrate milestones.
• Coach and train caregivers to use ABA techniques in daily life.

Requirements

• 60 college units and 1 year of supervised early‑intervention experience, OR
• 60 college units (including 12 units in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months experience working with children, OR
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Education) and 6 months experience working with children.
• Minimum 6 months of experience with developmental delays (all ages).
• Age 21+.
• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and reliable transportation (California license or military exception).

Pay

$21‑$27 per hour, with full pay during training.

Schedule
