Behavior Technician (60 College Credits Required)

About the role

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy for children ages 1–12 with developmental delays/autism
• Implement lesson plans and track progress with detailed session notes
• Train caregivers to apply ABA techniques in daily routines

Requirements

• One of the following:
  • 60 college units + 1 year of supervised early-intervention experience, OR
  • 60 college units (12 in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) + 6 months of child-related experience, OR
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field + 6 months of child-related experience
• Minimum 6 months of experience with developmental delays (any age)
• Ages 21+ with a valid driver’s license, car, and auto insurance
• Farsi fluency preferred

Skills

• Childcare, teaching, or paraprofessional positions
• Camp counseling, coaching, or caregiving
• Degrees or coursework in Psychology, Sociology, Child Development, Special Education, or related fields
