About the role
- Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy for children ages 1–12 with developmental delays/autism
- Implement lesson plans and track progress with detailed session notes
- Train caregivers to apply ABA techniques in daily routines
Requirements
- One of the following:
- 60 college units + 1 year of supervised early-intervention experience, OR
- 60 college units (12 in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) + 6 months of child-related experience, OR
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field + 6 months of child-related experience
- Minimum 6 months of experience with developmental delays (any age)
- Ages 21+ with a valid driver’s license, car, and auto insurance
- Farsi fluency preferred

- Degrees or coursework in Psychology, Sociology, Child Development, Special Education, or related fields
