Essential Functions
- Monitor in-house suspension students as the accountability room supervisor.
- Assist with positive behavior support utilizing the PBIS system.
- Assist with student behaviors in the café during lunch times.
- Attend and assist with behavior intervention plans.
- Communicate student behaviors to parents via phone, email, etc.
- Aid teachers with behavior intervention.
- May be required to substitute teach in the classroom.
- Monitor and input information on the campus activities calendar as needed.
- Train and supervise peer mediators and mediations.
Supervisory Responsibilities
There are no supervisory responsibilities with this position.

- Positive communication skills; able to relate to students, parents, and staff.
- Behavior modification skills.
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to talk and hear.
- Very active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day.
- Frequent lifting and/or moving items over 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Required Education and Experience
- Associate degree required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
