About the role

Responsible for providing support services to families and individuals in a variety of settings. Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and facilitate family therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and gather relevant data on client needs
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
  • Facilitate family therapy sessions and group interventions
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document progress and outcomes in client files

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children, youth, and families
  • Current licensure/certification in social work or psychology
  • Experience with trauma-informed care and cultural competency

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

  • Therapeutic communication and counseling techniques
  • Knowledge of family systems theory and practice
  • Ability to manage caseloads effectively
  • Understanding of child development and family dynamics

Pay
