About the role
Responsible for providing support services to families and individuals in a variety of settings. Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and facilitate family therapy sessions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and gather relevant data on client needs
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Facilitate family therapy sessions and group interventions
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Document progress and outcomes in client files
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience working with children, youth, and families
- Current licensure/certification in social work or psychology
- Experience with trauma-informed care and cultural competency
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Therapeutic communication and counseling techniques
- Knowledge of family systems theory and practice
- Ability to manage caseloads effectively
- Understanding of child development and family dynamics

Pay
Salary range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience
