Behavior Support Specialist
About the role
Responsible for providing support services to families and individuals in a variety of settings. Duties include case management, family counseling, and community outreach.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family counseling sessions
- Coordinate services with other professionals and community resources
- Conduct home visits and community outreach
- Develop and implement family support programs
- Assess client needs and develop individualized plans
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check

Pay

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with some evening and weekend availability for events and trainings.
