About the Role

This position supports students through behavior interventions and collaboration, implementing research-based strategies to foster growth and development.

Responsibilities

  • Implement research-based behavior strategies and interventions.
  • Collect, analyze, and monitor data to assess progress.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and families to support student needs.
  • Coach staff in positive behavior management techniques.
  • Contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning.

Requirements

  • Experience in behavior intervention and data analysis.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to coach and support staff and families.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based behavior strategies.
