Behavior Program Manager - Applied Behavior Analysis (MA Required)
Description
The Behavioral Program Manager at Intercare Therapy serves in the field as the onsite case supervisor and leader, mastering daily case management skills, including developing and overseeing clinical programs, supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and providing education and training for client caregivers.

Requirements
You must be willing to drive 30 to 60 miles a day, and able to supervise client sessions anytime between 8AM and 6PM on weekdays, and occasionally on weekends.

Compensation
$26 - $32 Per Hour

Required Credentials/Experience
- Completed Bachelor’s degree and either of the following:
- 12 semester units of ABA course work with one (1) year experience implementing and/or designing ABA programming
- Two (2) years of experience designing or implementing ABA programs
- Strong ABA, Program Management, and clinical skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback with a team player attitude
- Bilingual skills valued
