Description
The Behavioral Program Manager at Intercare Therapy is responsible for overseeing clinical programs, supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and providing education and training for client caregivers. The position requires driving up to 60 miles per day, managing client sessions from 8 AM to 6 PM on weekdays, and occasionally on weekends.
- Master’s degree in relevant field required
- In progress with BCBA preferred
- Strong ABA, Program Management, and clinical skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback with a team player attitude
- Bilingual skills valued
Compensation
$23 - $30 per hour

Required Credentials/Experience
