Behavior Program Manager - Applied Behavior Analysis (MA Required)

About the role
A Program Manager serves in the field as the onsite case supervisor and leader, mastering daily case management skills, including developing and overseeing clinical programs, supervising Behavior Interventionists (BIs), and providing education and training for client caregivers. You must be willing to drive 30 to 60 miles a day and able to supervise client sessions anytime between 8 AM and 6 PM on weekdays, and occasionally on weekends. Service areas include La Jolla, Del Mar, Poway, Santee, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

Requirements
- Completed Master’s degree in a relevant field
- In progress with BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) preferred
- Strong ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) and clinical skills
- Self-disciplined: able to schedule and attend client appointments and clinical team meetings with consistency, reliability, and punctuality
- Excellent written and spoken communication: clear language, accurate grammar, and spelling
- Excellent time management skills: understands how to allocate working day between billable hours and non-billable hours, onsite (direct) and in-office (indirect) supervision hours
- Excellent interpersonal skills: builds rapport with clients and colleagues, and cultivates rapport between clinical team and client family
- Excellent team player attitude and customer service orientation: aligned with organizational practices, working in service to client families and colleagues regardless of their position
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
- Bilingual skills valued
