Behavior Interventionist- Bilingual English/Spanish Required

About the role

At 360 Behavioral Health, you'll unite passion with purpose, seeing the difference you make in the lives of children and teens with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more).
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
• Provide Consistent Therapy, committing to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
• Track Progress by collecting and recording data to measure growth and guide next steps.
• Foster Learning and Growth using structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
• Collaborate as a Team with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
• Maintain Professional Standards by following HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow.
• Reliable transportation.
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) required. Ability to communicate effectively in both languages, including speaking, reading, and writing, to support clients and families, complete required documentation, participate in training, and collaborate with supervisors and team members.

Benefits

• Hiring Bonus of $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months, and $600 for those completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months.
• +$2/hour for weekend shifts.
• +$5/hour for company-observed holidays.

Pay

Pay Range: $20.00-$25.00/per hour, based on experience and education.

Schedule

Monday-Friday between the hours of 3:00pm – 8:00pm
Saturdays & Sundays between the hours of 9:00am -2:00pm
