Who We’re Looking For

- Reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency required. Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing, to support clients and families, complete required documentation, participate in training, and collaborate with supervisors and team members.
Your Role: Making a Lasting Impact
- 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more).
- Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
- Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
- Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
- Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
- Collaborate as a Team – Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
- Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
