Your Role: Making a Lasting Impact

  • 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more)
  • Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life
  • Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress
  • Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps
  • Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential
  • Collaborate as a Team – Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes
  • Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve

Compensation, Schedule & Incentives

  • Pay Range: $20.00-$25.00/per hour, based on experience and education
  • Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required
  • Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability
  • Hiring Bonus: $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
  • $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months
  • Additional Pay Incentives: +$2/hour for weekend shifts
  • +$5/hour for company-observed holidays
  • Schedule Needs: Monday-Friday between the hours of 3:00pm – 8:00pm Saturdays & Sundays between the hours of 9:00am -2:00pm
