About the role

Cotler Psychology Services is seeking a Florida licensed Master’s-level clinician (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) to provide mental health services to seniors in assisted living and skilled nursing communities in the Hilliard's area. The position offers flexibility, independence, and support from an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality behavioral health care to older adults in long-term care settings.
• Help residents build emotional resilience, improve coping skills, strengthen interpersonal connections, and maintain the highest possible quality of life.
• Build therapeutic relationships and work independently within a collaborative and organized practice structure.
• Enjoy consistent emotional and behavioral health support for residents.

Qualifications

• Active Florida license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT (or nearing licensure).

Pay

• Hourly rates range from $50 to $70, with mileage reimbursement opportunities where applicable.
