Responsibilities
Support youth with daily routines, hygiene, chores, and personal development
Engage in group therapy and team-building activities
Ensure a safe, structured, and emotionally supportive environment
Participate in engaging on- and off-campus activities that promote healing and personal growth
Implement treatment strategies alongside clinical teams
Maintain professional boundaries while offering genuine mentorship
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Age 21+
- Ability to pass background checks and physical
- Experience in residential care or with at-risk youth preferred (but not required)
- EMTs and those with first responder backgrounds are encouraged to apply!
