Your Role & Impact The Behavioral Health Associate works in the schools, facilitates small groups, provides individual check-ins, and parent assessments. The Behavioral Health Associate also assists in detecting "at risk" patients, recognizing and treating mental health conditions, and assesses the clinical status of patients to determine the most appropriate level of care. What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology or PhD / PsyD in Psychology from an accredited programActive Registration with the BBS as a pre-licensed ACSW, AMFT, or APCC or Active Registration with the Board of Psychology as post-doctoral pre-licensed psychologistExperience working with middle school students and facilitating groupsExperience working in a school setting is highly desiredComputer proficiency, particularly with Electronic Health/Medical Record systems and the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for Healthcare Providers from American Heart AssociationValid California Driver’s License, proof of insurance and clean driving record Why Join Us We’re a mission-driven healthcare organization committed to making quality care accessible for everyone. The pay range for a licensed clinician is $70,304 to $105,456. Pay transparency: If you are hired at TrueCare, your salary will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience.
