About the role

Supports the educational mission of the consortium by providing academic instruction and support services to students.

Responsibilities

• Teach core subjects in accordance with district curriculum and state standards.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet individual student needs.
• Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• Mentor and guide students in developing positive learning habits and behaviors.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
• Valid teaching license in applicable subject areas.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents/guardians.
• Experience with technology integration in the classroom.

Skills

• Knowledge of current educational theories and practices.
