About the role
Supports the educational mission of the consortium by providing academic instruction and support services to students.
Responsibilities
- Teach core subjects in accordance with district curriculum and state standards.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet individual student needs.
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Mentor and guide students in developing positive learning habits and behaviors.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
- Valid teaching license in applicable subject areas.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents/guardians.
- Experience with technology integration in the classroom.
