Behavior Consultant

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will possess at least ONE of the following:
  • A License in PA as a Behavior Specialist
  • A BCBA Certification
  • A Master’s degree in ABAA Master’s degree in is Psychology, Social Work, Education, Counseling AND a minimum of 1-year full time experience working with children/adolescents in the mental health field
  • A Master’s degree in is Psychology, Social Work, Education, Counseling, or a related field AND have completed a clinical mental health service practicum
• Must be willing to commit 10-15 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s degree in is Psychology, Social Work, Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Must have completed a clinical mental health service practicum
• Must have a license in PA as a Behavior Specialist OR a BCBA Certification

Skills

• Ability to design and direct behavior modification intervention plans
• Knowledge of non-aversive behavioral change methods
• Experience with assessment, program design, and monitoring
• Ability to participate in team meetings
• Ability to provide consultation in special child-centered, family focused meetings

Pay

Earn $31-40/hour based on education, experience, and licensure (Licensed as a LSW, LCSW, LPC, LBS is preferred but not required).

Schedule

Flexible schedule (minimum of 15 hours per week required)
