Behavior Consultant for the 2026-27 School Year

About the Role

This position supports the emotional and social development of children through behavioral analysis and intervention strategies in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the collection of classroom and building data
• Collaborate with the Mental Health Team and School Counseling team
• Support the process of identifying behavioral interventions across all settings
• Support the implementation of behavioral intervention strategies for specific students and/or classroom settings
• Conduct and support Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) as needed
• Collaborate and create Behavior Intervention Plans as needed
• Provide training and staff development activities as needed
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians as needed
• Perform other specific job-related duties as directed

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Understanding of the emotional and social development of children
