About the role
Join a dynamic team committed to enhancing the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. We are seeking a Behavior Consultant to join our innovative team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform interventions.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized support plans.
- Provide training and consultation to staff and families on behavior analysis techniques.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field preferred.
- State certification in Behavior Analysis preferred.
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually.
