Behavior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform interventions.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized support plans.
• Provide training and consultation to staff and families on behavior analysis techniques.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field preferred.
• State certification in Behavior Analysis preferred.

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually.
