About the role
The Behavior Consultant is responsible for designing and implementing behavior intervention plans for children in a therapeutic setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment data
- Provide direct support to children and families to improve behavioral outcomes
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with children and families in a therapeutic environment
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology or related field preferred
- State certification in Behavior Analysis (if applicable)

- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
