BEHAVIOR CONSULTANT - ABA

About the role

KidsPeace is a private charity dedicated to supporting the behavioral and mental health needs of children, families, and communities. Since 1882, we have offered psychiatric hospital services, residential treatment programs, accredited educational services, and foster care programs. Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary therapist on the Treatment Team, overseeing and coordinating all treatment services for clients on their assigned caseload.
• Provides clinical supervision to assigned Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs).

Qualifications

• Must have an active Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License and one of the following:
• Certification as a BCaBA
• At least 1 year of full-time experience providing ABA services and 12 credits in ABA
• At least 1 year of full-time experience providing ABA under the supervision of a BCBA and at least 40 hours of state-approved ABA training.

Pay

$50,000 annually (full time) or $40/hour (part time)
