About the role
Responsible for providing behavioral support in a residential setting. Conduct assessments, develop and implement behavior plans, and collaborate with staff and families.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to identify individual needs
- Develop and implement behavior plans
- Collaborate with staff and families to ensure consistency in care
- Provide training and support to staff members
- Document progress and communicate with families regularly
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
- Passion for supporting individuals with special needs
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
