About the role
The Behavior Assistant supports students through proactive, preventative, and responsive behavioral strategies. This position works directly with students in a variety of settings—including during high-intensity situations—to promote positive behavior, emotional regulation, and academic engagement.
The Behavior Assistant collaborates closely with special education teachers, behavior consultants, and other staff to ensure all students have access to a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
