Behavior Analyst - Full Time

About the role

Join a team dedicated to helping individuals overcome challenges through behavior analysis. The Behavior Analyst (BCBA) develops and supervises behavior intervention plans, creating individualized treatment programs for children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Assess learners using tools like ABLLS-R and VB-MAPP
• Implement goals across various settings
• Provide direct therapy when needed
• Supervise staff and conduct training
• Support team development through performance reviews and ongoing education
• Participate in meetings and training sessions to ensure effective service delivery

Requirements

• Master's degree in a behavior-related field
• BCBA certification
• Michigan licensure
• At least 1 year of supervised experience as a BCaBA or trainee
• 2+ years working with youth with autism
