Behavior Analyst Clinical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise client cases ensuring high-quality clinical practice, client progress, and satisfaction.
• Provide direct services including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), skill assessments, and treatment plan development.
• Oversee and mentor Program Managers and Interventionists to promote their professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with BACB standards in supervision, documentation, and treatment protocols.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment objectives, and implement behavioral interventions.
• Train clients, families, and staff using Behavior Skills Training (BST), and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Maintain billable hours and contribute to quality assurance and client success.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree in a related field and BCBA certification.
• Strong ABA, clinical, and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-disciplined, reliable, and team-oriented.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred) are a plus.
