Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full Time

Role: The Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA) assesses, develops, and oversees individualized behavior intervention programs for children with developmental and behavioral needs. Key Responsibilities Conduct behavioral and functional assessments to identify patient needs.Design, implement, and monitor evidence-based ABA programs.Analyze data, evaluate progress, and modify treatment plans accordingly.Ensure fidelity in treatment plan implementation and compliance with standards.Supervise, coach, and provide performance feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and staff.Provide family training and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient success.Maintain accurate documentation and participate in professional development initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).At least 3 years of experience working with children with special needs, including assessments and intervention implementation.Strong data analysis, clinical decision-making, and staff supervision skills.Excellent communication skills and adherence to ethical standards. Physical & Other Requirements Ability to perform physical activities such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.Capability to implement crisis intervention techniques and respond promptly to patient needs.
