Responsibilities
- Carrying out functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and creating individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Offering clinical supervision to Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Maintaining client progress and modifying treatment plans based on data
- Collaborating with families to ensure consistency and effective carryover of interventions
- Cooperating with interdisciplinary teams including Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Physical Therapists (PTs)
- Keeping detailed records that comply with regulatory and payer guidelines
- Promoting a high standard of clinical excellence and personal development within the team
Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- State licensure (if applicable)
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
- A commitment to providing family-centered, ethical Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services
