About the Role
As a Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll lead clinical care for your caseload - designing individualized treatment plans, supervising Behavior Technicians and Program Managers, and partnering directly with families to drive real progress. Clinical decisions are guided by what's best for the client, not red tape. This role is designed for professionals who have earned their Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

- $5,000 Sign-on bonus available
- Potential Annual Salary: $90,000+ based on experience, skills, and geography
- Hybrid Role: Up to 50% of direct supervision may be conducted remotely when clinically appropriate, with most case management and indirect work completed remotely. Must be within 50 miles from center located in North Bethesda, MD.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead by Example and Be a Pillar of Support: Inspire and guide Behavior Technicians through effective supervision, ensuring treatment plans are implemented with a high degree of reliability and fidelity.
- Drive Positive Change: Conduct FBAs and develop innovative ABA programs — continuously evaluating client needs, providing parent education, and problem-solving to help each client reach their potential.
