BEHAVIOR ANALYST
About the Role
Attain, Inc., a well-established charitable non-profit organization with 35 years of dedication to improving lives, is actively seeking passionate and skilled Behavior Analysts to work as part of an interdisciplinary team in Greater Orlando. Our mission is to enhance the lives of adults with intellectual disabilities by promoting their health and safety, ensuring dignified care, bringing joy, increasing independence, and supporting them in living normal routines within their homes and community. We aim to help our residents overcome problem behaviors and achieve their personal goals. Attain, Inc. serves over 120 clients and employs approximately 400 employees.
Responsibilities
- Make a significant impact through direct support and development of Individualized Implementation Plans and Behavior Support Plans.
- Conduct behavior skills training and provide essential performance feedback to caregivers.
- Work within an interdisciplinary team, in collaboration with our Clinical Director, towards achieving person-centered objectives.
- Work in a dynamic environment that includes both community-based day programs and residential settings.
- Develop, implement, and adjust behavioral plans and interventions.
Requirements
- Current credentials as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
- Minimum of 3 years experience post BCBA certification working with people with intellectual disabilities, autism, and other developmental disabilities.
- BCBA or BCaBA certification (required).
- Willingness to undergo a Level 2 Background and Screening.
- Ability to relocate to Orlando, FL 32804 before starting work (required).
Qualifications
- Committed Behavior Analyst ready to develop, implement, and adjust behavioral plans and interventions.
- Team player eager to work as part of an interdisciplinary team and in close collaboration with the Clinical Director.
- Passionate about contributing to the well-being and development of adults with intellectual disabilities.
Pay & Benefits
- Salary up to $95,000 plus full benefits.
