About the role
Right At School provides safe, fun, and meaningful extended day enrichment programs for students in grades K-8. Our mission is to inspire a love of learning, support schools, and give parents peace of mind.
Responsibilities
- Organize program materials for lessons and activities, and document attendance, incidents, and other observations.
- Deliver our dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building that expands school day learning in a meaningful way.
- Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety, well-being, and attention of all children while supporting homework completion, leading fun fitness activities, and guiding children at play.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all children.
- Meet regularly with the Program Manager to discuss professional progress and team accountability.

Qualifications
- College credits in early childhood education, child development, elementary education or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Works well in a team environment
- Experience working with children under 13 years of age (PLUS)
- Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living
Pay
$19 to $22 per hour (based on education, experience)
Schedule
6:30-810 & 2:30pm-6:00pm (Hours may vary depending on location)
