Before/After School Group Leader

AlphaBEST Education provides extended-day, summer, and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students as they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment.

Schedule

• Before/After School hours
• AM shifts: 6:30 am till 8:15 am (depending on location)
• PM shifts: 2:30 pm (depending on location) till 6:00 pm

About the role

As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll help shape meaningful before and after-school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive.

• Assist with daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts) while encouraging positive peer interactions
• Make child safety the top priority at all times
• Keep the space clean and organized
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a minimum of 460 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4+). Your experience must be after you were 18 years or older
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations
