About the role
The Wine, Beer & Liquor Team Member plays a crucial role in ensuring that all guests receive outstanding service while supporting the department's daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional Guest Service through friendly, informed, and helpful interactions.
- Stock and rotate product in all wine, beer, and liquor displays, coolers, and end caps.
- Maintain backstock organization and assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
- Ensure accurate signage, pricing, and promotional display execution.
- Build, face, and maintain compelling displays that align with department goals.
- Absorb inventory counts and communicate low or out-of-stock items to the Buyer or leadership team.
- Support fellow Team Members by collaborating on tasks and sharing product knowledge.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the department, including shelves, floors, and storage areas.
- Follow all Plum Market policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications
- You have a passion for wine, beer, and liquor.
- You have previous retail or customer service experience, though not required.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have a strong attention to detail and are self-directed.
- You are able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- You have the physical ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours without a break.
- You are capable of bending, stooping, grasping objects, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted, and pushing/pulling carts weighing up to 100 lbs. unassisted.

Pay
