Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest safety and quality standards
• Safely operate forklifts
• Ensure quality products are sent to customers
• Accurately execute loading/unloading from pick lists and bills of lading (BOLs)
• Understand and apply FIFO (First-In-First-Out) for finished goods and materials unless otherwise specified
• Maintain accurate inventories of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods
• Perform daily preventive maintenance checklists on forklifts
• Inspect all incoming finished goods and raw/material pallets for quality issues during unloading
• Follow warehouse PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements
• Participate in team functions as required
• Share knowledge and train others when needed

Requirements

• Fork Truck Certification or ability to be trained
• 2–3 years of previous forklift experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift 75–100 lbs
• Works well in a team environment
• Warehouse-appropriate long pants
• Steel-toed boots (provided by Tilray)

Pay

$18.00/hr–$20.00/hr

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (warehouse hours may expand)
