About the role

The Beer Technician is responsible for maintaining and operating brewery equipment to ensure efficient production processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate brewery equipment to ensure smooth production processes.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on brewing equipment.
• Monitor and adjust fermentation temperatures and pressures as needed.
• Assist in quality control inspections to ensure product consistency.
• Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or relevant field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
