Technician

General Responsibilities

• Install chemical filters, AMC filters, MEP filters, or other filtration components according to approved procedures and safety regulations.
• Verify installation quality to ensure adherence to engineering specifications and customer requirements.
• Prepare and submit accurate installation reports (AMC or MEP) to maintain proper documentation and database integrity.

Compliance, Safety & 6S Discipline

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, job site regulations, and applicable safety and environmental guidelines.
• Adhere to proper PPE usage, hazard prevention practices, and site-specific safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and 6S-compliant work environment at all times.

Customer & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Cook with client’s mechanical teams to align installation plans, resolve issues, and support daily onsite activities.
• Aid Welmade’s material control and logistics teams both at the company facility and customer job sites.

General Support

• Provide outstanding service to internal teams and customers by demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail.
• Aid Welmade’s internal teams and customers by performing other duties as assigned.
• Support continuous improvement of training materials and onboarding processes.
