Beer Technician

About the role

As a Draft Beer Quality Technician (DQT), you are responsible for cleaning and servicing draft beer lines to ensure local bars and restaurants serve the highest quality pints of draft beer. A typical day will involve visiting customer locations to keep their draft beer systems clean and building relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders on your route.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service draft beer lines at customer locations
• Build relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders on assigned route
• Maintain draft beer system operations and troubleshoot issues

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Able to lift 50+ lbs
• Hands-on quick learner

Pay

• $18.00 per hour with growth opportunities and overtime hours available
• Flat bonus of $160 per cycle upon meeting all eligibility requirements for the completion of assigned routes and/or duties each bi-weekly line cleaning cycle

Schedule

• Full-time position scheduled Monday–Friday from 7:00 am–4:30 pm
• No nights, early mornings, or weekends
• Regular overtime opportunities available

Transportation

• Personal and reliable vehicle required
• Mileage reimbursement at a rate of $0.72 per mile
• Monthly stipend of $450
