About the role
The Beer Technician is responsible for maintaining and operating brewery equipment to ensure efficient production processes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate brewery equipment to ensure smooth production processes.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on brewing equipment.
- Monitor and adjust fermentation temperatures and pressures as needed.
- Handle waste management and cleaning tasks in a hygienic manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of brewery equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using brewery-specific tools and equipment.
- Good understanding of safety protocols in a food processing environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues and customers.
