Beer Technician

About the role

As a Draft Beer Quality Technician (DQT), you are responsible for ensuring local bars/restaurants serve the highest quality pints of draft beer. A typical day will be visiting customer locations to keep their draft beer systems clean and serving great beer as well as building relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer locations to clean and maintain draft beer systems.
• Ensure bars/restaurants serve high‑quality pints.
• Build relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders.
• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on draft beer equipment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to lift 50+ lbs
• Hands‑on/quick learner

Pay

$22.00 per hour, plus growth opportunities and overtime. Qualifying DQTs also receive a flat bonus of $160 per bi‑weekly line cleaning cycle upon meeting all eligibility requirements for completion of assigned routes and/or duties.

Schedule

Full‑time position, Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am – 4:30 pm (no nights, early mornings, or weekends; regular overtime opportunities are available).
