Beer Technician
About the role
As a Draft Beer Quality Technician (DQT), you are responsible for ensuring local bars and restaurants serve the highest quality pints of draft beer. A typical day involves visiting customer locations to maintain their draft beer systems, ensuring cleanliness and optimal performance, and building relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders. No previous experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training on draft beer system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and clean draft beer systems at customer locations to ensure high-quality beer service.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with draft beer systems.
- Build and maintain relationships with bar/restaurant managers, owners, and bartenders.
- Promote draft beer sales and uphold the company’s mission of delivering great-tasting beer as the brewmaster intended.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Able to lift 50+ lbs.
- Hands-on and quick learner.

Pay
$22.00/hr - $24.00/hr with bi-weekly route completion bonuses and base pay.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday-Friday from 7:00 am-4:30 pm. Regular overtime opportunities are available. No nights, early mornings, or weekends.
Transportation
Company vehicle provided, including gas, maintenance, and insurance.
