Beer Technician

About the role

AHFP’s motto is “TRUST us for the Perfect Pint.” The mission is to provide great‑tasting draft beer to consumers as the brewmaster intended and to grow draft beer sales. As a Draft Beer Quality Technician (DQT), you will clean and service draft beer lines, visit customer locations, and build relationships with bar and restaurant staff while enjoying nights and weekends off, learning from industry experts, and visiting great bars and breweries each day.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service draft beer lines to ensure the highest quality pints.
• Visit customer locations to maintain draft beer systems.
• Build relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders on the route.
• Demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, mechanical skills, self‑motivation, and a willingness to provide excellent work and customer service.
• No prior experience required; training provided on draft beer system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Hands‑on quick learner
