About the role
As a Draft Beer Quality Technician (DQT), you are responsible for ensuring local bars/restaurants serve the highest quality pints of draft beer. A typical day will be visiting various customer locations to keep their draft beer systems clean and serving great beer. You'll build ongoing relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders to ensure their draft systems are serviced properly and serve great beer as the brewmaster intended!
Responsibilities
- Clean beer lines in restaurants and bars along assigned routes
- Demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, mechanical skills, high integrity, self-motivation, and willingness to provide excellent quality of work and customer service
Schedule
- Full-time hours, Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm (exact start/end times fluctuate based on assigned route and needs)
- No nights, early mornings, or weekends
- Regular overtime opportunities available
Training
No previous experience is required as we provide training on draft beer system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Pay
- 2 weeks of training at $20.00/hr
- Post-training rate: $3.25 per beer line cleaned
- Average full-time employee cleans 350-450 beer lines per two-week pay period
- Qualifying DQTs receive a flat bonus of $160 per cycle upon meeting all eligibility requirements for completion of assigned routes and/or duties each bi-weekly line cleaning cycle

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to lift 50+ lbs
- Hands-on, quick learner

- Personal and reliable vehicle required
- Mileage reimbursement at $0.72 per mile
