About the role
The Beer Technician is responsible for maintaining and managing the brewery’s brewing equipment and processes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate brewery equipment to ensure efficient production
- Monitor and adjust brewing parameters to maintain quality standards
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production schedules
- Document all maintenance activities and report issues to supervisors
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of brewing equipment
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using brewery equipment and tools
- Experience with quality control and assurance procedures
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Skills
- Knowledge of brewing processes and equipment
