About the role

Premium Distributors of VA – Fredericksburg, VA route. This is a full-time, independent position traveling to local grocery stores and beverage outlets in your assigned area to stock, maintain, display, and rotate product. Career advancement opportunities available after 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper product levels are stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using manual equipment such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency, and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal automobile transportation
• Acceptable driving record; auto insurance coverage meeting company and state minimums
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 170 lbs when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks and loading tools
• 0–6 months of general work experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (preferred)

Pay

$19.00/hour starting rate plus overtime, monthly car allowance, and mileage reimbursement. Eligible for annual merit increase and discretionary incentive program per program rules.

Schedule

Full-time, 5 days per week with weekends required. Shift starts at 6:00 AM.
