Beer Merchandiser

Company: Premium Distributors of VARoute – Richmond, VA

Shift

5 days/week, weekends required, 6:00 AM start (Full‑Time only).

Pay

$19.00/hr starting, plus overtime, monthly car allowance, mileage reimbursement, and potential participation in a discretionary incentive program.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to ensure product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly along assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using manual equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks.
• Use company‑issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal automobile transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (or meet state legal minimum).
• Acceptable driving record and auto insurance meeting company and state minimums.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull products weighing 25–50 lb regularly, and up to 170 lb when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks.

Preferred Education and Experience

High School Diploma or General Education Degree; 0–6 months of general work experience.
