About the role

We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team on 2nd and 3rd shifts, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. Part-time positions offer potential to transition to full-time.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility and transfer needs
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Provide companionship and emotional support

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Schedule

• 2nd shift (afternoon/evening hours)
• 3rd shift (overnight hours)
• Full-time and part-time positions available
